Lempesi emigrated from Greece in 2007, after acquiring over 10 years of culinary experience in Athens. She has worked for indep-endent restaurants, as well as the Hilton and Marriott hotel chains. At Mythos, all of her dishes are hand-made from scratch, combining the freshest ingredients and innovative cooking techniques to specifications of her own family recipes. |
